1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of The Shooting Spot located at Survey No. 76, Sampanbole, Jagan Guda, Shamirpet, Secunderabad, Telangana 500078. By accessing and using our facility, you agree to abide by these terms.
1.2. The management reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Booking and Payments
2.1. All bookings must be made in advance through our official website, phone, or in person. 2.2. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. 2.3. Full payment must be made before the start of the shoot. Any additional charges incurred must be settled before leaving the premises. 2.4. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows.

3. Usage Guidelines
3.1. The premises may only be used for permitted activities such as film, television, photography, and similar productions. 3.2. Any damage caused to property, equipment, or facilities must be reported immediately. The responsible party will be liable for repair or replacement costs. 3.3. Noise levels should be kept within permissible limits to avoid disturbances to the surrounding area. 3.4. Alcohol, smoking, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises. 3.5. The use of firearms or explosives is only permitted with prior approval and necessary legal documentation.

4. Liability and Safety
4.1. The Shooting Spot is not responsible for personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings. 4.2. The production crew must comply with all safety regulations and guidelines provided by the management. 4.3. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for their production. 4.4. First aid services are available on-site, but in case of emergencies, professional medical assistance must be sought.

5. Indemnification
5.1. The client agrees to indemnify and hold The Shooting Spot harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the premises. 5.2. The management is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or loss incurred due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or government restrictions.

6. Governing Law
6.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Telangana, India. 6.2. Any disputes arising out of the use of the premises shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Secunderabad.
